【摘要】：目的观察肾透明细胞癌组织中环氧化酶2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测67例份肾透明细胞癌组织(观察组)、24例份癌旁正常组织(对照组)COX-2、MMP-2,并分析COX-2、MMP-2两者间及其与肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数的关系。结果观察组及对照组COX-2阳性率分别为64.18%、25.00%,两组比较,P0.05;MMP-2阳性率分别为56.7%、0,两组比较,P0.05。COX-2、MMP-2表达均与肾透明细胞癌肿瘤分级、临床分期有关(P均0.05)。肾透明细胞癌组织中COX-2与MMP-2表达呈正相关(r=0.857,P0.01)。结论 COX-2、MMP-2在肾透明细胞癌中均呈过度表达,COX-2、MMP-2的高表达与肾透明细胞癌肿瘤的分级、临床分期及侵袭转移有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 67 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma (observation group, 24 cases of normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma) (control group). The relationship between COX-2 MMP-2 and clinicopathologic parameters of renal clear cell carcinoma was analyzed. Results the positive rates of COX-2 in observation group and control group were 64.1825% and 25.00% respectively. P 0.05 in the two groups; The positive rates of MMP-2 were 56.7% and 56.7%, respectively. The expression of P0.05.COX-2 MMP-2 was correlated with the tumor grade of renal clear cell carcinoma. There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). Conclusion there is a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC). The overexpression of MMP-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma was related to the grade, clinical stage, invasion and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
