【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,男,57岁,因"右侧腰背部酸痛不适伴发热1个月"于2013-08-26入住滕州市中心人民医院泌尿外科。患者既往有间歇性全程肉眼血尿病史3个月余,血尿主要表现为间断性发作,发作时常伴有腰痛症状,间隔时间无规律,经抗感染治疗有效。查体:体温最高39.5℃,右肾区叩击痛阳性。2013-08-26行CT检查显示,右肾体积明显增大,肾实质密度不匀,可见多发斑片状低密度灶,右肾周筋膜影模糊(图1A),初
