【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,男,54岁,因"尿频伴进行性排尿困难2年"以"前列腺增生症"入院。近2年来夜尿增加,一开始每晚2~3次,后逐渐增加至4~5次,并出现尿线无力、分叉及变细,遂来本院就诊门诊收入院。患者饮食、既往史、家族史无明显异常。入院后肛诊:前列腺Ⅲ°大,以左侧叶增大为主,质韧,稍有波动感,未触及质硬结节,肛门括约
[Abstract]:A case profile of the patient, 54 years old, due to "frequent urination with progressive dysuria 2 years" with "prostatic hyperplasia" admitted to hospital.
