乌市人群成年高尿酸血症患病率及其肾损害相关研究

【摘要】：目的：探讨新疆乌鲁木齐市维汉人群高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病情况及研究HUA与慢性肾脏病(CKD)的关系。方法：采用横断面调查方法,调查就诊于新疆医科大学第一附属医院2009年1月至2010年4月健康体检的10025例人群和在2011年3月至2012年2月住院的982例患者,进行回顾性分析,通过行HUA及相关危险因素和相关血尿指标检测,结果：在资料完整的10025名体检人群中,HUA的患病率为14.85%,CKD的患病率为9.60%,其中HUA组CKD的患病率为11.63%,明显高于血尿酸正常组；HUA组蛋白尿的患病率为6.66%,明显高于血尿酸正常组；HUA组eGFR下降的患病率为5.21%,明显高于血尿酸正常组；而两组血尿的发病率没有明显统计学差异。多因素Logistic回归提示,HUA(OR=1.36,95%CI=1.13～1.65)、性别(OR=1.44,95%CI=1.25～1.67).收缩压≥140mmHg(OR=1.78,95%CI=1.49～2.73)、高血糖(OR:1.36,95%CI=1.67～2.58)是CKD重要危险因素。在982例住院患者中,HUA的患病率为25.46%,其中汉族740人,HUA患病率为26.62%,维族242人,HUA患病率为21.90%,汉族高于维族,差异有统计学意义。汉族和维族蛋白尿构成比为(19.46%比22.70%)、eGFR下降构成比为(4.86%比6.20%)、CKD的构成比为(22.70%比26.03%),维族均高于汉族,差异无统计学意义。结论：乌鲁木齐市健康体检人群中,HUA的患病率为14.85%,CKD患病率为9.6%,住院病人,HUA的患病率为25.46%,汉族HUA患病率高于维族,差异有统计学意义,汉族与维族CKD患病率无统计学差异,高尿酸血症、性别、年龄、收缩压≥140mmHg、高血糖是CKD重要危险因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia (Hu) in Uygur and Han people in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and to study the relationship between HUA and chronic kidney disease (CKD). A retrospective analysis was carried out on 10025 patients who underwent physical examination in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2009 to April 2010 and 982 patients who were hospitalized from March 2011 to March 2011. HUA, related risk factors and related hematuria indexes were detected. Results: in 10025 healthy people with complete data, the prevalence rate of HUA was 14.85CKD was 9.600.The prevalence rate of CKD in HUA group was 11.63, which was significantly higher than that in normal blood uric acid group (6.66g), which was significantly higher than that in normal serum uric acid group. The prevalence of eGFR decrease in the Hua group was 5.21, which was significantly higher than that in the normal serum uric acid group. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of hematuria between the two groups.
