【摘要】：目的:探讨超选择性膀胱动脉栓塞治疗老年难治性膀胱癌出血的临床价值。方法:使用介入治疗技术,对52例膀胱癌出血患者进行超选择性膀胱动脉栓塞。结果:22例在超选择性栓塞术后24 h均可见尿液颜色变浅,29例在48 h后出血停止;1例出血减少,经止血、持续膀胱冲洗后,血尿症状明显改善。结论:对于膀胱癌并发出血保守治疗无效的患者,超选择性介入栓塞治疗是一种安全、可靠、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of superselective bladder artery embolization in the treatment of refractory bladder cancer hemorrhage in the elderly. 52 cases of bladder cancer bleeding were embolized by superselective bladder artery embolization. Results 24 hours after superselective embolization, 29 cases with urine color palliation and 1 case with decreased bleeding were observed after 24 hours of superselective embolization, and 1 case was treated with hemostasis and continuous bladder washing. Conclusion: superselective interventional embolization is a safe, reliable and effective method for patients with bladder cancer complicated with hemorrhage.
