肾癌组织中葡萄糖调节蛋白78的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨肾癌组织中葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测108例肾癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中GRP78表达。根据癌组织染色结果分为GRP78阳性表达和阴性表达,分析不同GRP78表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法计算不同GRP78表达者总生存期(OS),Logrank检验进行比较。懫用Cox比例风险回归模型分析OS的影响因素。结果肾癌组织中GRP78阳性表达率为72.3%(78/108),癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率为19.4%(21/108),二者比较P0.05。GRP78阳性表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P均0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型、Fuhrman核分级无关(P均0.05)。肾癌组织GRP78阳性表达者与阴性表达者OS分别为(57.9±8.6)、(77.2±7.9)个月,二者比较P0.05。单因素Cox比例风险回归模型分析显示,GRP78表达、临床分期、Fuhrman核分级、淋巴结转移与OS有关(P均0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,GRP78阳性表达、Fuhrman核分级高、有淋巴结转移是OS的独立影响因素(P均0.05)。结论 GRP78在肾癌组织中表达升高,其高表达与患者OS有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of GRP78 in 108 cases of RCC and its adjacent normal tissues. Sexual and negative expression, The relationship between the expression of different GRP78 and the clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. The total survival time of patients with different GRP78 expression was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and the Logrank test was compared. Cox proportional risk regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of OS. The positive expression rate of GRP78 was 72.3% and 78 / 108%, and the positive rate of adjacent normal tissues was 19.4% and 21% 10 8% respectively. P0.05.GRP78 positive expression was compared with lymph node metastasis. There was no correlation between clinical staging and sex, age, tumor diameter, pathological type and Fuhrman's nuclear grade (P < 0.05). The OS of positive and negative expression of GRP78 in renal cell carcinoma was 57.9 卤8.6 卤7.9 卤7.9 卤7.9 卤7.9 months, respectively. Compared with P0.05. univariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that the expression of pGRP78, the clinical stage of Fuhrman nuclear grade, lymph node metastasis and OS related P were 0.05, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the positive expression of pGRP78 was higher than that of Fuhrman nuclear grade. Lymph node metastasis is an independent influencing factor of OS (P < 0.05). Conclusion the expression of GRP78 in renal cell carcinoma is increased, and its high expression is related to OS.
