输尿管上段结石患者微创治疗术后医院感染的影响因素与预防

【摘要】：目的探讨输尿管上段结石微创治疗术后医院感染患者的影响因素,提出预防对策。方法选择2013年12月-2016年6月期间在医院行输尿管上段结石微创治疗的患者889例,对其术后感染情况进行统计,对于发生感染的患者采用医院自制的调查表进行统计,内容包括患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、术后情况等对其进行相关危险因素的分析,针对危险因素分析结果,制定预防对策。结果术后发生感染的患者共有92例,感染发生率为10.35%,不同手术方案患者术后感染发生率差异无统计学意义;logistic多因素分析结果显示,术后出血、术后疼痛、发生肾损伤以及结石残余是术后患者发生医院感染的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论对于输尿管上段结石微创治疗术后医院感染患者,其影响感染发生的因素为术后出血、术后肾损伤、术后疼痛以及结石残余,因此可根据以上因素给予合适的预防对策以减少医院感染的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of nosocomial infection after minimally invasive treatment of upper ureteral calculi, and to put forward the preventive measures. Methods 889 patients with upper ureteral calculi received minimally invasive treatment in hospital from December 2013 to June 2016 were selected. The infection status after operation was statistically analyzed, and the hospital self-made questionnaire was used to analyze the related risk factors, such as sex, age, education level, postoperative condition and so on. Results there were 92 cases of postoperative infection, and the incidence of infection was 10.35. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative infection among the patients with different surgical schemes. The logistic multivariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. Postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, renal injury and residual stone were the independent risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with postoperative nosocomial infection. Conclusion for patients with nosocomial infection after minimally invasive treatment of upper ureteral calculi, postoperative nosocomial infection may occur. The influencing factors of infection are postoperative bleeding, postoperative renal injury, postoperative pain and residual stone. Therefore, appropriate preventive measures can be given according to the above factors to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
