糖尿病肾病患者血清microRNA-21含量及其与氧化应激指标的相关性

【摘要】：目的分析糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清micro RNA-21(mi R-21)含量及其与氧化应激指标的相关性。方法选择在该院接受治疗的DN患者82例作为观察组,根据病情严重程度分为轻度DN组(47例)、中重度DN组(35例),另取同期体检健康人60例作为对照组。检测各组患者的血清mi R-21含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPP)等氧化应激指标水平,进一步分析两者之间的相关性。结果 1早期DN组、中晚期DN组患者血清mi R-21含量低于对照组,中晚期DN组患者血清mi R-21含量低于早期DN组;2早期DN组、中晚期DN组患者血清SOD、MDA、AOPP水平高于对照组,中晚期DN组患者血清SOD、MDA、AOPP水平高于早期DN组;3血清mi R-21含量与SOD、MDA、AOPP等氧化应激指标水平呈负相关。结论 DN患者的血清mi R-21含量降低,且与患者的氧化应激指标水平相关,有望成为诊断及指导疾病治疗的有效指标之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum micro RNA-21(mi R-21 (micro RNA-21(mi R-21) and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 82 patients with DN treated in this hospital were selected as the observation group. According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into mild DN group (n = 47), moderate and severe DN group (n = 35) and control group (n = 60). The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde) MDAA, late protein oxidation product (AOPP) and so on were further analyzed, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results 1the serum levels of R-21 in early DN group and middle and late DN group were lower than those in control group. The level of serum miR-21 in patients with intermediate and late DN was lower than that in patients with early DN, and the level of AOPP in patients with middle and late DN was higher than that in controls. There was a negative correlation between the level of serum miR-21 and the level of oxidative stress such as SODD-MDA-AOPP in patients with advanced DN. Conclusion the level of serum mi R-21 in DN patients is lower than that in patients with early DN, and it is related to the level of oxidative stress. It is expected to be one of the effective indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
