复方氨基酸胶囊对糖尿病维持性血液透析患者的治疗作用

【摘要】：目的观察复方氨基酸胶囊对糖尿病维持性血液透析患者的治疗作用。方法健康对照组30例和糖尿病维持性血液透析组(HD组)7例。血液透析患者应用复方氨基酸胶囊口服,共观察3个月。检测用药前后血常规(血红蛋白)、肝功能(血浆总蛋白、白蛋白)、血尿素氮、血肌酐,血清必需氨基酸等指标。结果 HD组血清总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白均低于对照组,但无统计学差异。HD组血肌酐及尿素氮明显高于对照组(P0.01)。用药前后缬氨酸水平无明显变化。亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸,赖氨酸,色氨酸,苏氨酸,异亮氨酸,蛋氨酸用药后均有升高(P0.05)。结论在糖尿病维持性血液透析患者中应用复方氨基酸胶囊,除缬氨酸以外,血清中其他必需氨基酸都升高,故可以补充透析过程中丢失的氨基酸。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of compound amino acid capsule on diabetic hemodialysis patients.Methods 30 cases of healthy control group and 7 cases of HD group of diabetic maintenance hemodialysis group.Patients with hemodialysis were treated with compound amino acid capsules for 3 months.Blood routine (hemoglobin), liver function (plasma total protein, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and serum essential amino acids) were measured before and after treatment.Results the levels of serum total protein, albumin and hemoglobin in HD group were lower than those in control group, but there was no statistical difference. The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in HD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01).There was no significant change in valine level before and after treatment.Leucine, phenylalanine, lysine, tryptophan, threonine, isoleucine and methionine all increased P 0.05.Conclusion the application of compound Amino Acid capsule in diabetic maintenance hemodialysis patients with the exception of valine, the other essential amino acids in serum are all increased, so it can be used to supplement the amino acids lost during dialysis.
