远端输精管结扎对大鼠睾丸间质的影响:形态定量研究

【摘要】:目的:定量研究大鼠远端输精管结扎对睾丸间质内各类细胞总数的影响。方法:12只成年雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠,经腹股沟管行单侧远端输精管结扎,术后37天取双侧睾丸,制作甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,用过碘酸-Schiff试剂和苏木精染色后进行组织学观察,并运用体视学方法——光学体视框——定量研究睾丸间质内所有种类细胞(红细胞除外)的总数。结果:与对照侧相比,5只大鼠结扎侧睾丸的精子发生有明显损害。不论精子发生是否损害,结扎侧睾丸间质内Leydig细胞、内皮细胞或肌样细胞的总数,都无显著性变化。结论:大鼠输精管结扎短期内对睾丸间质的细胞数没有影响,对精子发生的影响与Leydig细胞数无关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study quantitatively the effect of distal vasectomy on the total number of various cells in rat testis stroma. Methods Twenty twelve adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with unilateral distal vasectomy via inguinal canal. After 37 days of operation, the bilateral testis were taken and the sections were made into methacrylic resin embedded sections. The specimens were stained with iodate -Schiff reagent and hematoxylin for histological observation. The total number of all kinds of cells (except red blood cells) in the stroma of testis was quantitatively studied by stereological method-optical stereoscopic frame. Results: the spermatogenesis of testis ligated in 5 rats was significantly damaged compared with the control side. There was no significant change in the total number of Leydig cells, endothelial cells or myoid cells in the stroma of the ligated testis, regardless of whether the spermatogenesis was damaged or not. Conclusion: the effect of vasectomy on the number of interstitial cells in testis is not related to the number of Leydig cells.
