小型猪腹腔镜与开腹肾部分切除术对炎性应激和肝功能的影响

【摘要】：为探究腹腔镜与开腹肾部分切除术对小型猪炎性应激和肝功能的影响,分别于术后前腔静脉采血,检测血清IL-6、COR、ALT、AST水平。结果发现,OPN组IL-6水平在术后即刻、术后1 d、2 d与LPN组差异极显著(P0.01);OPN组COR水平在术后即刻与LPN组差异显著(P0.01或P0.05)。OPN组AST、ALT水平在各时间点与LPN组均无显著差异(P0.05)。结果表明,与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术能够有效地减少术后炎性应激反应。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effects of laparoscopic and open partial nephrectomy on inflammatory stress and liver function in small pigs, blood samples were collected from the anterior vena cava after operation, and the serum levels of IL-6, COR, ALT and AST were detected. The results showed that the IL-6 level in group OPN was immediately after operation, 1 d after operation, and the difference between 2 D and LPN group was very significant (P0.01), and COR level in OPN group was significantly different from those in the group after operation. There was no significant difference between the AST and ALT levels (P0.01 or P0.05) in group.OPN (P0.05) at all time points (P0.05). The results showed that laparoscopic surgery could effectively reduce the postoperative inflammatory response compared with laparotomy.
