肾透明细胞癌CT特征分析及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的肾透明细胞癌是目前肾脏最多见的肿瘤,CT是诊断的最主要的方式,因此对其影像学特点进行总结分析具有重要的原因。本研究主要分析肾透明细胞癌的多个CT特征,并对其临床意义进行探讨。Methods对39例(女16例,男23例,平均年龄54.6±12岁,范围在26-.77岁之间)经病理证实为肾透明细胞癌并行CT扫描的患者进行回顾性分析,对C T的多个表现进行总结同时探讨其诊断价值,包括病灶大小、形状(规则或不规则)、位置、边缘清晰与否、有无钙化、坏死、动静脉畸形、转移等,还包括强化类型、强化程度及强化曲线等,强化类型分为均匀和不均匀两种,强化程度分为轻、中、显著强化,强化曲线分为3型。同时探讨各CT表现的之间的关系。另外,根据肿瘤的强化程度将其分为乏血管组和富血管组。Resu1ts病灶的大小与不规则的形状、至少侵及肾脏的2/3,坏死及Ⅲ型强化曲线、动静脉瘘有关(P0.05),富血管的透明细胞癌与更多坏死、不均匀强化及Ⅰ和Ⅱ型强化曲线相关(P0.05)。同时,边缘模糊的病灶多倾向于Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型曲线(P0.05),不规则病变发生动静脉瘘的几率更高(P0.05)。肿瘤的转移则与不均匀强化和坏死病灶更具相关性(P0.05).结论 CT is an effective imaging modality in the diagnosis and assessment of renal clear cell carcinoma,CT是诊断和评估肾透明细胞癌重要的成像技术,可为肾透明细胞癌的诊断和治疗提供更为精准的信息。
[Abstract]:Objective clear cell carcinoma of kidney is the most common tumor in kidney at present, CT is the most important way to diagnose it, so it is important to summarize and analyze its imaging features. The purpose of this study was to analyze the CT features of renal clear cell carcinoma (RCC), and to explore its clinical significance in 39 cases (16 females, 23 males, mean age 54.6 卤12 years).
