肾透明细胞癌中Rac1和WAVE2的表达及其相关性

【摘要】：目的研究Rac1和WAVE2蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对肾透明细胞癌标本Rac1和WAVE2的表达进行检测。结果肾癌组Rac1和WAVE2表达阳性率明显高于癌旁组。且Rac1和WAVE2的表达水平与患者年龄、性别无明显关联,而与肿瘤转移有关。Rac1和WAVE2在肾癌中的表达呈正相关。结论肾癌中Rac1和WAVE2蛋白阳性表达率高于正常肾组织,并呈正相关性,可能在肾透明细胞癌的发生发展过程中起关键作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression and correlation of Rac1 and WAVE2 proteins in renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods the expressions of Rac1 and WAVE2 in renal clear cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rate of Rac1 and WAVE2 expression in renal carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in paracancerous group. The expression levels of Rac1 and WAVE2 were not significantly correlated with age and sex, but were positively correlated with tumor metastasis. Conclusion the positive expression rate of Rac1 and WAVE2 protein in renal cell carcinoma is higher than that in normal renal tissue, which may play a key role in the development of renal clear cell carcinoma.
