M2型巨噬细胞浸润与前列腺癌恶性程度的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的探讨前列腺癌组织M2型巨噬细胞浸润与前列腺癌病理分级和分期的相关性。方法选取58例行根治性前列腺癌切除患者,对病理标本行HE和免疫组化SP法染色,确定肿瘤分期、病理分级及有无M2型巨噬细胞浸润,采用χ~2检验分析M2型巨噬细胞浸润与肿瘤分级和分期的相关性。结果 M2型巨噬细胞浸润的前列腺癌组≥T2c为71.4%,发生淋巴结转移为60.0%,明显高于无M2型巨噬细胞浸润组(χ~2=5.97,P=0.015;χ~2=10.28,P=0.001);M2型巨噬细胞浸润与无M2型巨噬细胞浸润的前列腺癌组的病理分级差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 M2型巨噬细胞浸润可能参与前列腺癌细胞的生长和转移;其相关病理、生理机制有待进一步分析。
