可视穿刺系统在血精患者临床诊治中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的观察可视穿刺系统在血精患者临床诊治中的临床效果。方法 2015年5月-2016年9月,22例于该院住院的血精患者,采用可视穿刺系统替代传统精囊镜实施精囊镜检查术和精囊结石碎石取石术。结果所有患者均成功寻找到精囊腺开口并成功进入精囊腺腺体内,16例为精囊慢性炎症,给予稀释碘伏水冲洗,6例为精囊结石,给予钬激光碎石、套石篮结石取出术,平均手术时间(15.7±6.2)min,术后第2天拔出尿管,术后住院平均2 d,随访3~6个月,20例患者血精症状消失(90.9%),无明显手术并发症及远期并发症出现。结论应用可视穿刺替代传统精囊镜系统实施精囊检查手术,因穿刺系统短,方向性和可操作性均较精囊镜具有明显优势,手术时间短,操作简单,易于掌握,无明显并发症。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of visual puncture system in the diagnosis and treatment of hemospermia. Methods from May 2015 to September 2016, 22 patients with hemospermia were treated with visual puncture system instead of traditional seminal vesicle examination and vitreous stone lithotripsy. Results all the patients successfully found the opening of seminal vesicle gland and successfully entered the gland of seminal vesicle. 16 cases were chronic inflammation of seminal vesicle, 6 cases were treated with dilute iodophor water, 6 cases were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy, and the other 6 cases were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy. The mean operative time was (15.7 卤6.2) min. The urinary catheter was pulled out on the second day after operation. The average hospital stay was 2 days. The hemospermia symptoms disappeared in 20 patients (90.9%) after 3 to 6 months follow-up. There were no obvious surgical complications and long-term complications. Conclusion using visual puncture instead of traditional seminal vesicle system to perform seminal vesicle examination has obvious advantages over seminal vesicle because of short puncture system, directivity and maneuverability, short operation time, simple operation, easy to master and no obvious complications.
