盐酸舍曲林联合“三采嬉戏”疗法治疗原发性早泄的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察盐酸舍曲林联合"三采嬉戏"疗法治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效。方法:将90例原发性早泄患者随机均分为A组、B组和C组,年龄分别为(28.1±5.2)岁、(27.8±4.1)岁和(27.1±4.7)岁(P0.05),病程分别为(3.1±1.9)年、(3.2±2.0)年和(3.1±2.0)年(P0.05)。A组给予盐酸舍曲林50 mg,每天1次口服;B组每次性交时采用"三采嬉戏"疗法锻炼;C组联合使用A、B两种疗法。分别于治疗前、治疗后4周、8周和12周观察每组患者的射精潜伏期(IELT)和早泄评分(CIPE-5)。结果:3组患者IELT治疗前分别为(0.63±0.14)、(0.60±0.14)、(0.62±0.11)min,治疗4周后分别为(1.08±0.29)、(0.93±0.28)、(1.21±0.27)min,治疗8周后分别为(1.43±0.30)、(1.20±0.33)、(1.72±0.42)min,治疗12周后分别为(2.12±0.63)、(1.90±0.65)、(2.67±0.82)min。治疗后IELT均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05);3组相互比较,C组改善程度更明显,优于其他两组(P0.05)。3组患者CIPE-5评分治疗前分别为(12.57±2.05)、(13.20±2.51)、(13.07±2.01)min,治疗4周后分别为(15.17±1.74)、(14.57±1.94)、(15.60±1.63)min,治疗8周后分别为(17.13±1.63)、(16.37±1.97)、(18.00±1.05)min,治疗12周后分别为(18.93±1.57)、(18.53±1.67)、(20.00±1.46)min。治疗后各时间点CIPE-5评分均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05);3组相互比较,C组改善程度更明显,优于其他两组(P0.05)。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合"三采嬉戏"疗法疗效确切、不良反应小,对原发性早泄患者具有较高的推广和应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with "three-collection play" therapy in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Methods: 90 patients with primary premature ejaculation were randomly divided into two groups: group A, group B and group C.
