微创手术佐以排石药物治疗尿石症的疗效观察

【摘要】：正尿石症又称尿路结石,是常见的泌尿系统疾病之一~([1])。微创取石具有创伤小、术中出血少等优点,临床已得到广泛应用。但由于术后仍有残余结石,且常规用药的治疗时间较长,排石率低,严重影响患者的预后。本研究探讨了术后采用结石通胶囊辅助治疗的临床疗效。1材料与方法1.1一般材料选2011年7月至2013年7月本院泌尿外科收治的194例经微创手术取石治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各97例。治疗
[Abstract]:Orthuria, also known as urinary calculi, is one of the common diseases of urinary system. Minimally invasive lithotripsy has been widely used in clinic because of its advantages of less trauma and less intraoperative bleeding. However, there are still residual stones after operation, and the treatment time of routine medication is longer, and the rate of stone removal is low, which seriously affects the prognosis of the patients.
