解脲脲原体血清型1和4在雌性小鼠生殖道中的致病性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the pathogenicity of Ureaplasma Urealyticum (Ureaplasma urealytium, Uu) serotypes 1 (Uu1) and 4 (Uu4) in female mice reproductive tract. Methods: 408 mice pretreated with estrogen were randomly divided into Uu1 group and Uu4 group. The mice in the experimental group were inoculated with three kinds of Uu standard strains of different concentrations in vagina. The control group mice were inoculated with aseptic medium. After inoculation, 10 mice in the experimental group were randomly selected on the 1st day after inoculation, and 4 mice in the control group were killed. The vaginal and cervical secretions of the mice were taken for fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) to detect the concentration of Ureaplasma Urealyticum, and some uterine bodies and fallopian tubes were taken out. Detection of Uu. in Ovarian tissue on liquid medium The tissues of vagina, cervix, uterus and oviduct were stained with HE for histopathological observation. Results: (1) vaginal and cervical secretions: there was significant difference in total positive rate between Uu1 and Uu4 groups (P0.01). There was no significant difference in total positive rate between Uu1 and Uu4 groups at the same concentration (P0.05) (2), Uu1 and Uu4 at the end of observation. The concentration of Uu in vaginal and cervical secretions of mice between the three groups, There were significant differences in the concentration at each time point in each group (P0.05). (3) Uu tissue culture showed that the positive rate of uterine body and tubal Uu culture in Uu1,Uu4 group were significantly different (P0.05). (4) the total pathogenicity of cervix of 3 ~ 42 days UU1 UU4 group was significantly different (P0.05). From 7 to 42 days after inoculation, the pathogenicity of uterine body and fallopian tube in Uu1,Uu4 group were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion: (1) Uu1 and Uu4 are mainly pathogenic in the cervix, partly uplink can lead to upper genital tract infection, and in vagina can cause short-term inflammation. (2) the pathogenicity of Uu4 in cervix and uterus is stronger than that of Uu1, and the pathogenicity increases with the increase of Uu infection concentration.
