RCC组织中MMP-9、CD44表达水平与患者临床病理特征及CTC数量分型的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨肾细胞癌(RCC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、CD44表达与患者临床病理特征及循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)数量、分型的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测104例RCC标本及10例正常肾组织标本中MMP-9、CD44蛋白表达,用阳性富集法检测其CTC并分型。结果 RCC组织中MMP-9、CD44蛋白阳性表达率与正常肾脏组织比较,P均0.05。MMP-9、CD44蛋白表达与Fuhrman分级有关(P均0.05)。CTC检测结果阳性患者其RCC组织MMP-9、CD44蛋白阳性表达率与阴性患者比较,P均0.05。检出间质型CTC的患者,其RCC组织中MMP9、CD44蛋白阳性表达率与检出上皮型CTC、混合型CTC患者比较,P均0.05。结论 MMP-9、CD44在RCC组织中呈高表达,二者表达变化与RCC临床病理分级及CTC数量、分型有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and the clinicopathological features, the number and classification of circulating tumor cells (CTC). Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-9,CD44 protein in 104 RCC specimens and 10 normal renal tissues. The CTC expression was detected by positive enrichment method. Results the positive expression rate of MMP-9,CD44 protein in RCC tissue was higher than that in normal kidney tissue. The expression of MMP-9,CD44 protein was correlated with Fuhrman grade (P 0.05). CTC). The positive expression rate of CD44 protein was higher than that of negative patients (P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of MMP9,CD44 protein in RCC of patients with interstitial type CTC was higher than that of patients with epithelial CTC, mixed type CTC (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a high expression of MMP-9,CD44 in RCC tissues, and the expression of both is related to the clinicopathological grade, the quantity of CTC and the type of RCC.
