东莞地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及耐药性的分析

【摘要】：正近年来,支原体感染呈上升趋势,由于临床上抗生素的不规范使用,支原体的耐药性也呈上升趋势,给临床有效治疗带来很大的困难。为了解东莞地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况和耐药情况,本文对暨南大学医学院附属东莞医院门诊9458例患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了支原体培养和耐药性分析,现报告如下。1材料与方法1.1资料来源9458份泌尿生殖道标本,采自2015年1-6月暨南大学医学院附属东莞医院皮肤性病科、妇产科、泌尿外科等门诊就诊的疑为泌尿生殖道感染的患者。约一半患者有不同程度的泌尿生殖道分泌
[Abstract]:In recent years, mycoplasma infection is on the rise, and the drug resistance of mycoplasma is on the rise due to the nonstandard use of antibiotics in clinic, which brings great difficulties to effective clinical treatment. In order to understand the situation of mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in the genitourinary tract of Dongguan area, the mycoplasma culture and drug resistance of 9458 outpatients of Dongguan Hospital affiliated to Jinan University Medical College were studied. This paper reports as follows. 1 material and methods 9458 specimens of genitourinary tract from January to June 2015, Department of Dermatology and venereal Diseases, Dongguan Hospital, Jinan University Medical College, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Urology and other outpatients suspected of urogenital tract infection patients.
