济生肾气丸对老年急性肾衰竭患者的临床效果

【摘要】：目的探讨济生肾气丸对老年急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法老年急性肾衰竭患者80例随机分为济生肾气丸结合西医治疗组(中西医结合治疗组)和单独西医治疗组各40例,单独西医治疗组接受西医综合治疗,中西医结合治疗组接受济生肾气丸结合西医治疗,统计分析两组患者的中医症候积分、临床疗效、急性生理与慢性健康(APACHE)Ⅱ评分、每日尿量、血肌酐(Cr)水平及死亡情况。结果中西医结合治疗组中医症候积分、APACHEⅡ评分均显著低于单独西医治疗组,治疗总有效率显著高于单独西医治疗组,每日尿量显著多于单独西医治疗组,Cr水平显著低于单独西医治疗组(均P0.05),但两组死亡率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论济生肾气丸对老年急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效显著。
