阴囊镜治疗附睾囊肿症1例报道

【摘要】：正附睾囊肿约占附睾肿块的20%~([1]),在临床上并不常见,但是术前常易误诊其他疾病。诊断附睾囊肿目前主要依靠触诊和B超检查,缺乏一种直视下诊断方法。随着微创技术的发展,阴囊鞘膜腔因其特殊解剖结构,为内窥镜提供了观察和操作空间。阴囊镜手术最早由Shafik等~([2])提出,是一种利用内镜诊断
[Abstract]:Positive epididymal cyst accounts for about 20% of epididymal masses. It is not common in clinic, but it is easy to misdiagnose other diseases before operation. At present, the diagnosis of epididymal cyst mainly depends on palpation and B-ultrasound examination, and lack of a direct vision diagnosis method. With the development of minimally invasive technique, scrotal sheath cavity provides space for observation and operation of endoscopy because of its special anatomical structure. Scrotum endoscopic surgery was first proposed by Shafik et al. [2]. It is a kind of diagnosis by endoscopy.
