2型糖尿病心血管因素与勃起功能障碍的关系

【摘要】：目的研究2型糖尿病男性患者中心血管危险因素与勃起功能障碍(ED)的关系。方法选取160例男性2型糖尿病住院患者为研究对象,采用国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)问卷评估勃起功能。根据评分结果将患者分为观察组(86例2型糖尿病合并ED的男性患者)及对照组(74例2型糖尿病不合并ED的男性患者)。比较两组患者的相关心血管临床指标,采用二项分类Logistic回归分析ED的影响因素。结果观察组中高血压、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、冠心病的比例较对照组高(P0.05)。观察组患者颈内动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(尿A/C比值)高于对照组(P0.05)。二项分类Logistic回归分析显示,在2型糖尿病男性患者中,IMT、Log尿A/C比值与ED相关(P0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并ED的男性患者更可能患有心血管疾病。早期检测与管理ED发病情况有利于提高2型糖尿病男性患者生活质量以及帮助识别高心血管疾病风险的糖尿病患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between central vascular risk factors and erectile dysfunction (ED) in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 160 male inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and the erectile function was evaluated by International erectile function Index-5 (IIEF-5) questionnaire. According to the results of the score, the patients were divided into observation group (86 male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ED) and control group (74 male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without ED). The cardiovascular clinical indexes of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of ED were analyzed by binomial Logistic regression.
