经尿道前列腺剜除术后患者的排尿症状改变分析

【摘要】：目的研究良性前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术后排尿症状的变化。方法对75例年龄(80±8)岁良性前列腺增生手术患者进行随访,对其手术前、后排尿症状进行分析。结果术前前列腺体积(65±25)m L,血清总前列腺特异性抗原(6.2±6)ng/m L;切除前列腺重量(45±16)g。术前国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)(22±8)分,平均梗阻症状(3.6±1.3)分,平均刺激症状(3.5±1.0)分。术后IPSS(6±5)分,术后最大尿流率(8±3)m L/s,下尿路症状大幅改善,但梗阻症状较刺激症状的改善明显。结论经尿道前列腺切除患者术后排尿症状明显改善,症状的改善程度与术前IPSS相关。梗阻症状的改善优于刺激症状的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the changes of urinary symptoms in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 75 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (80-8) years of age were followed up, and the symptoms of micturition were analyzed before and after the operation. Results The total prostate volume (65-25) m L, the serum total prostate specific antigen (6.2-6) ng/ m L, the weight of the prostate (45-16) g, the pre-operation international prostate symptom score (IPSS) (22-8) and the average obstruction symptom (3.6-1.3), Mean stimulation symptoms (3.5% 1.0). After operation IPSS (6-5), the maximum urinary flow rate (8-3) m L/ s after operation, the lower urinary tract symptoms were significantly improved, but the symptoms of obstruction were significantly improved. Conclusion The postoperative micturition of the patients with transurethral resection of the prostate is improved, and the degree of improvement of the symptoms is related to the pre-operative IPSS. The improvement of the obstruction symptom is superior to the improvement of the stimulation symptom.
