肠道微生态与肾脏疾病

【摘要】:正肠道微生态也就是我们通常所说的"肠道菌群",这类微生物数量超过人体自身细胞的10倍以上,对营养物质代谢、人体自身发育、免疫及疾病的产生等方面都有极其重要的作用。近年来,很多研究结果都表明肠道微生物和多种疾病发病直接相关,如癌症、肥胖、神经变性疾病等。我们也发现慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者存在着肠道微生态的改变,肠道微生态失调同时又进一步加速肾脏疾病的进展和诱发CKD相关
[Abstract]:Positive intestinal microecology is what we usually call "intestinal flora". The number of these microorganisms is more than 10 times that of human cells. It plays an important role in nutrient metabolism, human self-development, immunity and disease production. In recent years, many studies have shown that intestinal microorganisms are directly related to a variety of diseases, such as cancer, obesity, neurodegenerative diseases and so on. We also found that there were changes in intestinal microecology in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Intestinal microecological disorder was also associated with accelerating the progress of renal disease and inducing CKD.
