输尿管支架相关尿路感染患者肾脏形态与红细胞形态变化研究
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and summarize the changes of renal morphology and red blood cell morphology in patients with ureter stent-associated urinary tract infection, and to provide reliable information for clinical accurate evaluation of ureter stent-related urinary tract infection. Methods 61 patients complicated with urinary tract infection after ureter stent indwelling from February 2013 to December 2015 were selected as infection group, and 63 patients who received ureter stent indwelling at the same time were selected as uninfected group. Renal static imaging and urine red blood cell morphology were performed before and after urology, and the renal morphology of the two groups before and after operation was compared and analyzed. The morphological characteristics of urine red blood cells. Results before operation, the morphology of urine red blood cells in the two groups was mainly homogeneous, and there was no renal inflammatory lesion. There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of urine erythrocyte morphology and the rate of nephritis between the two groups. After operation, the abnormal rate of red blood cell morphology (80.3%) and the positive change rate of kidney (57.4%) in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion most of the patients with ureter stent-associated urinary tract infection have abnormal morphology of urinary red blood cells, increased urinary leukocytes and inflammatory lesions of renal parenchyma. Urinary red blood cells analysis and renal static imaging should be actively performed in patients with ureter stents complicated with urinary tract infection to evaluate the involvement of renal parenchyma as soon as possible.
