朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症合并肝肺浸润一例

【摘要】：正病例资料患者,男,28岁,于2个月前发现阴囊皮疹,皮肤局部溃烂,形成小溃疡,伴轻度压痛,无明显瘙痒等症状。在当地医院予以头孢类抗生素等抗炎治疗无明显效果,遂转入我院就诊。查体:阴囊根部见花生米大小的溃疡面,溃疡较深,底部见淡蓝色分泌物附着,边缘光整,可见少许肉芽生长,外生殖器无明显异常。患者入院后出现间断发热,头面部皮肤出现红色丘疹。胸部CT平扫示双肺(主要分布于双侧中上肺野)弥漫分布大小不一的囊状透亮影,直径均20mm,囊壁厚度约1~1.5mm,部分囊壁呈结节样增
[Abstract]:The patient, 28 years old, found scrotal rash, local ulceration, small ulcers, mild tenderness, no obvious pruritus and so on. There was no obvious effect of anti-inflammatory therapy such as cephalosporin antibiotics in local hospital. The root of the scrotum showed a peanut rice-sized ulcer surface, the ulcer was deeper, the bottom of the ulcer was slightly blue, the edge was smooth, and a little granulation was visible. There was no obvious abnormality in the external genitalia. The patient had intermittent fever and red papules on the skin of the head and face after admission. The diameter is 20 mm, the thickness of the cyst wall is about 1 ~ 1. 5 mm, and some of the cyst wall is nodular.
