中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松疼痛的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松疼痛的临床治疗效果;方法:将医院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的60例老年骨质疏松疼痛患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组患者使用西药进行治疗,观察组患者在西医治疗的基础上联合中医进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,对照组的治疗总有效率为90%,观察组的治疗总有效率为96.6%,两组的治疗总有效率相比差异具有显著性(P0.05);观察组进行疼痛VAS评分后得分为(0.66±0.23),对照组疼痛VAS评分得分为(1.81±0.83),两组患者相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者治疗后骨密度指标BMD(0.67±0.11)g/cm~2明显比对照组(0.60±0.10)g/cm~2高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗老年骨质疏松可以取得良好的治疗效果,有助于缓解患者的疼痛,改善病人的骨密度,帮助病人恢复健康,提高病人的生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporosis pain. Methods: from July 2015 to July 2016, 60 elderly patients with osteoporosis pain were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the patients in the two groups were treated. The total effective rate of treatment was 90 in the control group and 96.6in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate of treatment (P 0.05), the VAS score of pain in the observation group was 0.66 卤0.23, and the VAS score of pain in the control group was 1.81 卤0.83. There was a significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the BMD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.60 卤0.10g / cm ~ (-2)), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of senile osteoporosis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve a good therapeutic effect. It helps to relieve pain, improve bone mineral density, restore health and improve the quality of life.
