上海市闵行区2型糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤的发病状况分析

【摘要】：目的揭示上海市闵行区2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者全癌种恶性肿瘤发病状况。方法以上海市闵行区2004—2014年各社区卫生服务中心进行登记管理的新发T2DM患者为研究对象,采用回顾性队列研究,于上海市恶性肿瘤登记系统追踪糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤的发病情况,计算T2DM患者的恶性肿瘤发病率及与当地一般人群的恶性肿瘤标准化发病比(standardized incidence ratio,SIR)和95%CI。结果男性和女性T2DM患者恶性肿瘤全癌种发病率分别为969.69/10万和834.17/10万人年(person-year),世界人口年龄标化发病率(age-standardized rate,ASR[W])分别为206.72/10万人年和285.80/10万人年,男女性全癌种恶性肿瘤的标化发病比分别为0.93(95%CI:0.88~0.98)和1.07(95%CI:1.01~1.12)。结论与一般人群相比,T2DM患者特定癌种的发病风险增高,不同癌种的发病风险变化存在差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to reveal the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes mellitusus T2DM (T2DM) patients in Minhang District, Shanghai. Methods New T2DM patients who were registered and managed by community health service centers in Minhang District from 2004 to 2014 were studied. A retrospective cohort study was conducted to track the incidence of malignant tumors in patients with diabetes mellitus in Shanghai malignant tumor Registration system. The incidence of malignant tumors in T2DM patients and the standardized incidence of malignant tumors in the local population were compared with those of the local general population. Results the incidence rates of malignant tumors in male and female T2DM patients were 969.69% / 100 000 and 834.17% / 100 000, respectively. The incidence rate of malignant tumor in male and female T2DM patients was 969.69 / 100 and 834.17 / 100 million, respectively. The age-standardized incidence of ASR [W] is 206.72 / 100, 000 person-years and 285.80 / 100,000 person-years, respectively. The standardized incidence ratios of malignant tumors of male and female were 0.93 / 95 CI: 0.880.98) and 1.07i / 95 CI: 1.01C / 1.120.Conclusion compared with the general population, the risk of specific cancer in patients with T2DM is higher than that in the general population, and there are differences among different types of cancer.
