巴戟天防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

【摘要】：骨质疏松症是一种以骨量降低和骨组织微结构破坏为特征,导致骨脆性增加和易于骨折的代谢性疾病。随着人口的老龄化,骨质疏松目前在世界上已成为一个较大的社会问题,严重影响老年人群的健康和寿命。近年来,中药巴戟天在对骨质疏松治疗方面的研究日益增多,并且也取得了一定进展。主要包括巴戟天及其提取物在骨细胞、动物、临床个体水平防治骨质疏松症的疗效和作用机理。本文综述了近几年关于巴戟天治疗骨质疏松症的相关研究,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease characterized by the decrease of bone mass and the destruction of bone microstructure, which leads to the increase of bone brittleness and the tendency to fracture. With the aging of the population, osteoporosis has become a major social problem in the world. In recent years, the research of traditional Chinese medicine Morinda officinalis in the treatment of osteoporosis has been increasing, and has also made some progress, mainly including Morinda officinalis and its extracts in bone cells, animals, The therapeutic effect and mechanism of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis at individual level were reviewed in this paper. The related studies on the treatment of osteoporosis by Morinda officinalis in recent years were reviewed and its future development was prospected.
