【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,37岁。30年前无明显诱因于右颊部出现米粒大小红色小丘疹,逐渐增多、增大,发展至鼻部、双颊、下颌部和背部,中线部位最为明显,无任何自觉症状,未治疗。患者既往体健,无遗传性疾病史及药敏史。系统检查未见异常。神志清楚,反应敏捷,智力正常。皮肤科情况:鼻部、双颊、下颌部可见密集淡红色柔软的丘疹,直径约1~10mm,大部分已经融合成
