老年病人特点与老年病人诊疗的思考

【摘要】：中国社会老龄化的进程不可阻挡,老年人各种各样的不舒服,越来越多的躯体症状是老化?是疾病?自然衰老与病理改变相互交错;多病共存,相互激恶,极易发生并发症是老年人的特点。医学技术的进步日新月异,使得大多数疾病都是可治的。疾病该治,老年人的疾病是否都需要治疗?如何管理好老年群体?重视预防与康复,做好老年病人的健康管理,以医学的整体观、整合观来指导医生的临床决策,注重个体化处理、慎重选择治疗方案,以病人的利益为最大化原则,谨防过度医疗,用好现代医疗技术,解除老年人痛苦,为老年人服好务。
[Abstract]:The aging process of China's society is unstoppable, the elderly are all kinds of discomfort, more and more physical symptoms are aging? Is it a disease? Natural aging and pathological changes intersect each other; many diseases coexist, each other excites each other, and complications are characteristic of the elderly. Advances in medical technology with each passing day make most diseases treatable. Are diseases of the elderly in need of treatment? How to manage the elderly? Pay attention to prevention and rehabilitation, do a good job of health management of elderly patients, guide doctors' clinical decisions with the holistic and integrated view of medicine, pay attention to individualized treatment, carefully select treatment schemes, and take the interests of patients as the principle of maximization. Guard against excessive medical treatment, use modern medical technology, relieve the pain of the elderly, and serve the elderly well.
