血尿酸与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探究血尿酸与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法收集2017年1月~2017年6月符合纳入试验标准患者86例,采集患者入院时的性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及颈动脉内膜中层厚度等数据。依据颈动脉内膜中层厚度分为动脉粥样硬化组与非动脉粥样硬化组。结果通过动脉粥样硬化组与非动脉粥样硬化组相比较,动脉粥样硬化组的体重指数(P0.001)、总胆固醇(P=0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(P=0.002)、血尿酸(P0.01)、同型半胱氨酸(P=0.03)比非动脉粥样硬化组水平高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。多变量Logistic回归分析显示,体重指数、血尿酸水平、同型半胱氨酸是动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。结论在2型糖尿病患者中血尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化呈明显相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 2017 to June 2017 were collected. Homocysteine, cholesterol, High density Lipoprotein, Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and intima-media thickness of carotid artery were divided into atherosclerosis group and non-atherosclerotic group according to carotid intima-media thickness. The body mass index (BMI) of atherosclerosis group was significantly higher than that of non-atherosclerotic group (P 0.001, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, blood uric acid, homocysteine), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index (BMI) was significantly higher than that in non-atherosclerotic group. Serum uric acid level, homocysteine is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis. Conclusion there is a significant correlation between serum uric acid level and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
