二甲双胍对快速老化模型SAMP8小鼠体重及血液学参数的影响

【摘要】：为探讨二甲双胍对SAMP8小鼠体重及血液学参数的影响,将40只雄性SAMP8小鼠分为二甲双胍低剂量(50 mg/kg体重)、中剂量(100 mg/kg体重)、高剂量(200 mg/kg体重)实验组及空白对照组,实验组每日按小鼠体重灌胃不同剂量的二甲双胍,空白对照组每日灌胃生理盐水,观察小鼠的体重及血液细胞学和血清生化指标。结果显示,3个实验组与空白对照组相比,仅低剂量组和中剂量组小鼠AST较空白对照组显著降低(P0.05),小鼠体重、血液学细胞学指标和其他血清生化指标均与正常对照组相比无显著性差异。试验结果表明,二甲双胍对SAMP8小鼠体重及血液学参数影响较小。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of metformin on body weight and hematological parameters of SAMP8 mice, 40 male SAMP8 mice were divided into three groups: low dose metformin 50 mg/kg body weight, medium dose 100 mg/kg body weight, high dose 200 mg/kg body weight) and blank control group. The rats in the experimental group were given different doses of metformin daily according to their body weight, and the control group was given normal saline daily. The body weight, blood cytology and serum biochemical indexes were observed. The results showed that the three experimental groups were compared with the blank control group. The AST of the low and middle dose groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the body weight, hematological cytology and other serum biochemical indexes of the mice were not significantly different from those of the normal control group. Metformin had little effect on body weight and hematological parameters of SAMP8 mice.
