miR-320a、miR-18b、miR-22和Let-7b在慢型克山病患者血清中表达及意义的研究

【摘要】：目的通过检测慢型克山病和对照组外周血中miR-320a、miR-18b、miR-22、Let-7b的表达水平,探讨其作为疾病鉴别诊断的生物标志物的意义。方法收集克山病病区慢型克山病患者(40例)、非病区对照组(40例)及病区对照组(40例)的血样标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测各组研究对象血清中目标miRNA的表达水平。结果 miR-320a、miR-18b和Let-7b在两对照组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05);比较克山病组和病区对照组,miR-320a和Let-7b有统计学意义(P0.05),提示这3个目标miRNA与高血压具有相关性。miR-22在三组比较中均无意义。结论 miR-320a、miR-18b、miR-22和Let-7b在克山病患者中未见显著表达,为慢型克山病的鉴别诊断提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression level of miR-320atir miR-18btimiR-22Let-7b in peripheral blood of patients with chronic Keshan disease and control group, and to explore its significance as a biomarker for differential diagnosis of the disease.Methods Blood samples were collected from 40 patients with chronic Keshan disease, 40 patients with chronic Keshan disease and 40 patients with chronic Keshan disease. The expression of target miRNA in serum of each group was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results there was significant difference in miR-320aanmiR-18b and Let-7b between the two control groups, and the comparison of miR-320a and Let-7b in the Keshan disease group and the control group in the area of disease showed that the three target miRNA were correlated with hypertension. MiR-22 had no significance in the three groups.Conclusion there is no significant expression of miR-320a- miR-18btmiR-22 and Let-7b in patients with Keshan disease, which provides a new idea for differential diagnosis of chronic Keshan disease.
