系统性硬化症和混合性结缔组织病活动期血清中LOXL-2的比较

【摘要】：目的比较赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白2(LOXL-2)在系统性硬化症(SSc)和混合性结缔组织病(MCTD)活动期患者血清中的表达情况。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测20例SSc和20例MCTD患者中LOXL-2的浓度,进行统计分析。结果在活动期MCTD和SSc患者血清中LOXL-2的蛋白表达量高于对照组(均P0.05),且在SSc患者中LOXL-2浓度与患者皮肤病变评分(mRSS)呈正相关(r=0.982 P=0.001)。结论 LOXL-2在SSc和MCTD活动期患者的血清中高表达,可能与LOXL-2促进组织纤维化及血管炎的发生相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the expression of lysyl oxidase-like protein 2-LOXL-2 in the serum of patients with systemic sclerosis (SSC) and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD).Methods the concentrations of LOXL-2 in 20 patients with SSc and 20 patients with MCTD were detected by Elisa.Results the expression of LOXL-2 protein in serum of patients with active MCTD and SSc was higher than that of control group (all P 0.05), and there was a positive correlation between LOXL-2 concentration and skin lesion score in patients with SSc.Conclusion the high expression of LOXL-2 in the serum of patients with active SSc and MCTD may be related to the occurrence of tissue fibrosis and vasculitis promoted by LOXL-2.
