海南地区老年骨质疏松健康行为及影响因素

【摘要】：目的了解海南地区老年骨质疏松(OP)健康行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法选择海南地区的海口市、三亚市、三沙市和儋州市4个社区卫生服务中心的304例老年OP为研究对象,采用自行设计的OP健康行为问卷进行现状调查,并分析其影响因素。结果共发放调查问卷304份,回收有效问卷304份。健康行为平均得分(30.31±4.28)分,其中饮食行为(26.17±3.83)分,运动行为(1.82±1.73)分,摄钙行为(2.32±4.47)分,及格率较低。患者获取疾病相关知识以媒体和经验为主,缺少健康指导。单因素分析显示,性别、文化水平、工作性质和医疗保障与海南地区老年OP健康行为评分有关(均P0.05)。进一步多元回归显示,性别、工作性质和医疗保障是影响海南地区老年OP健康行为的因素(均P0.05)。结论海南地区老年OP健康行为水平较低,应大力开展面对面指导、健康手册、专题讲座等多样化的健康教育方式,重点加强女性、无医疗保障和体力劳动者的健康教育,提高其健康行为。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health behavior of Osteoporosis Osteoporosis (OPO) in Hainan and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 304 cases of senile op from 4 community health service centers in Hainan, Haikou, Sanya, Sansha and Danzhou, were selected as the research objects. The self-designed op health behavior questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results 304 questionnaires were distributed and 304 valid questionnaires were recovered.The average score of healthy behavior was 30.31 卤4.28, in which dietary behavior was 26.17 卤3.83, exercise behavior was 1.82 卤1.73, calcium intake was 2.32 卤4.47), the pass rate was lower.Patients acquire disease related knowledge mainly media and experience, lack of health guidance.Univariate analysis showed that gender, education level, job quality and medical security were related to the scores of healthy behavior of elderly op in Hainan area (all P 0.05).Further multiple regression analysis showed that sex, job nature and medical security were the factors influencing the healthy behavior of elderly op in Hainan area (all P 0.05).Conclusion the healthy behavior of elderly people in Hainan area is relatively low, so we should develop various ways of health education, such as face to face instruction, health handbook, special lecture, etc. The emphasis is to strengthen the health education of female, no medical security and manual laborer.To improve their healthy behavior.
