不同运动训练方式对老年骨质疏松模型小鼠骨生物力学的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨跑台运动、游泳等不同运动训练方式对老年性骨质疏松小鼠骨生物力学的影响。方法取小鼠66只,根据不同运动训练方式将小鼠分为游泳组、跑台组及对照组,每组22只。采用切除双侧卵巢方法建立老年性骨质疏松模型。游泳组前3 d每次训练30 min,后4 d每次训练40 min,水深40 cm。跑台组持续性水平运动,前3 d每次30 min,跑台速度0.8 m/s;后4 d跑40 min,跑台速度1.0 m/s,共训练4 w。对照组不进行运动干预自然恢复。采用骨密度仪及电子万能试验机测定小鼠骨密度(BMD)及右侧股骨、腰椎骨生物力学指标。结果跑台组、游泳组及对照组在1 w、2 w体重差异无统计学意义(P0.05);跑台组小鼠在3 w、4 w体重显著高于游泳组与对照组(P0.05)。(2)跑台组小鼠钙、磷水平显著低于游泳组和对照组(P0.05),碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(STR-ACP)水平显著高于游泳组(P0.05);游泳组钙、AKP、STR-ACP水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),磷显著高于对照组(P0.05)。(3)跑台组右侧股骨与腰椎骨BMD水平显著高于游泳组与对照组(P0.05),游泳组右侧股骨与腰椎骨BMD水平显著高于对照组(P0.05)。(4)跑台组小鼠骨生物力学指标显著高于游泳组与对照组(P0.05)。游泳组小鼠骨生物力学指标显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论运动训练对老年性骨质疏松小鼠生物力学性能有一定的改善,游泳、跑台运动对骨质疏松小鼠有预防和缓解作用,可以维持并提高小鼠BMD,且生物力学显示跑台运动训练更加适宜。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of different exercise training methods such as treadmill and swimming on bone biomechanics in senile osteoporosis mice.Methods 66 mice were divided into swimming group, running platform group and control group according to different training methods.The model of senile osteoporosis was established by bilateral ovariectomy.The swimming group was trained for 30 minutes on the first 3 days and 40 minutes on the last 4 days with a water depth of 40 cm.In the treadmill group, the running speed was 0.8 m / s for 30 minutes on the first 3 days and 1.0 m / s for the last 4 days.The control group did not carry on the exercise intervention natural recovery.Bone mineral density (BMD) and the biomechanical indexes of right femur and lumbar vertebrae were measured by BMD and electronic universal testing machine.Results there was no significant difference in body weight between the treadmill group, the swimming group and the control group at the 1st week and 2nd week, but the body weight of the mice in the treadmill group was significantly higher than that in the swimming group and the control group at 4 weeks.The levels of phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (STR-ACPP) in swimming group were significantly lower than those in swimming group and control group (P 0.05, P 0.05), and the levels of calcium AKPnst STR-ACP in swimming group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P < 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, respectively).The BMD level of femur and lumbar vertebrae was significantly higher than that of swimming group and control group (P 0.05). The BMD level of right femur and lumbar vertebrae in swimming group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05. 05) the bone biomechanical index of mice in platform running group was significantly higher than that in swimming group and control group (P 0.05).The biomechanical index of bone in swimming group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05).Conclusion exercise training can improve the biomechanical properties of senile osteoporosis mice. Swimming and treadmill exercise can prevent and relieve osteoporosis mice.BMD could be maintained and increased in mice, and biomechanics showed that platform training was more suitable.
