鲑鱼降钙素注射液与唑来膦酸注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床对比研究

【摘要】：目的:研究鲑鱼降钙素注射液与唑来膦酸注射液在治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效对比,为绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗提供依据。方法:资料选自2015年2月—2016年10月期间在南昌大学第三附属医院住院治疗的绝经后骨质疏松症患者62例,其中鲑鱼降钙素注射液组30例,唑来膦酸注射液组32例,同时口服骨化三醇、钙制剂(碳酸钙)为基础治疗,治疗时间为6个月。62例患者治疗前后均行骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)检查、同时检测患者肾功能、血钙(blood calcium,BC)、血磷(Blood phosphorus P)、骨碱性膦酸酶(Bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)、评估疼痛改善情况,判定疗效。结果:1、两组患者治疗前后肾功能、血钙、血磷、骨碱性膦酸酶水平均无明显差异,P0.05,比较无统计学意义。2、两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前低,但唑来膦酸注射液组VAS评分较鲑鱼降钙素注射液组显著降低,P0.05,比较有统计学意义。3、两组患者治疗后骨密度值较治疗前均升高,唑来膦酸注射液组患者腰椎、股骨颈T值与鲑鱼降钙素注射液组比较差异显著,P0.05,比较有统计学意义。4、在本研究中唑来膦酸注射液组不良反应发生率低。结论:唑来膦酸注射液与鲑鱼降钙素注射液均可以有效提高绝经后骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,减轻骨痛症状,但唑来磷酸注射液组疗效优于鲑鱼降钙素注射液组。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin injection and zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and to provide evidence for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods: Sixty-two postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, 30 in salmon calcitonin injection group and 32 in zoledronic acid injection group, were hospitalized in the third affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 2015 to October 2016.At the same time, the patients were treated with oral ossification triol and calcium carbonate (calcium carbonate) for 6 months. 62 patients were examined with bone mineral density before and after treatment. The renal function of the patients was also measured at the same time.Blood calcium, phosphorus, phosphorus and bone alkaline phosphatase were used to evaluate the pain improvement and evaluate the curative effect.Results there was no significant difference in renal function, serum calcium, blood phosphorus and bone alkaline phosphatase levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment.However, the VAS score of zoledronic acid injection group was significantly lower than that of salmon calcitonin injection group (P 0.05, P < 0.05). The bone mineral density (BMD) in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the lumbar vertebrae of zoledronic acid injection group was significantly lower than that of salmon calcitonin injection group.T value of femoral neck was significantly different from that of salmon calcitonin injection group (P0.05, P < 0.05). In this study, the incidence of adverse reactions in Zoledronic acid injection group was lower than that in salmon calcitonin injection group (P 0.05).Conclusion: both zoledronic acid injection and salmon calcitonin injection can effectively increase the bone density and relieve the symptoms of bone pain in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, but the efficacy of zoledronic acid injection group is better than that of salmon calcitonin injection group.
