【摘要】:脂肪组织因功能不同而分为棕色脂肪组织(BAT)和白色脂肪组织(WAT);BAT主要作用是氧化脂肪释放热量,而WAT以脂肪储存为主,WAT含量显著增多是肥胖的主要特征。在一定外界环境刺激下,WAT可以向BAT转化,从而改善体内能量代谢,降低体重,该过程称为“白色脂肪细胞棕色化”。新型降糖药物胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)受体激动剂在降低血糖的同时,也能有效减轻体质量。以往研究证实其减重作用与抑制食欲,减少食物摄入和延缓胃排空有关。然而新近有研究发现GLP-1受体激动剂还可以通过加强BAT功能及增加BAT数量,达到减重的目的。本文将对GLP-1促进白色脂肪细胞棕色化的作用机制作一简单综述。
[Abstract]:Adipose tissue is divided into brown adipose tissue and white adipose tissue due to their different functions. The main function of fat is to release calories from oxidized fat, and the increase of fat storage in WAT is the main characteristic of obesity.Under certain external environment, WAT can be transformed into BAT, which can improve energy metabolism and reduce body weight. This process is called "brown white fat cells".Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), a new hypoglycemic drug, can reduce blood glucose and reduce body mass.Previous studies have shown that weight loss is related to appetite suppression, food intake reduction and gastric emptying.However, recent studies have found that GLP-1 receptor agonists can also reduce weight by enhancing the function of BAT and increasing the number of BAT.In this review, the mechanism of GLP-1 promoting the browning of white adipocytes is reviewed.
