三甲基氯化锡中毒研究进展

【摘要】:正有机锡热稳定剂广泛存在于聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,PVC)塑料制品,其合成过程可产生一种剧毒副产物~[1]——三甲基氯化锡(Trimethyltin chloride,TMT)。它无色有腐草气味,遇热易挥发,具有脂水两溶性,能通过呼吸道、消化道以及皮肤等通道产生中毒反应~[2]。患者中毒后会产生激动、癫痫、腹泻及低血钾症等多种临床表现,重症者可出现昏迷甚至死亡~[3]。PVC塑料应用广泛,因此TMT中毒不仅是职业
[Abstract]:N-organotin thermal stabilizers are widely used in polyvinyl chloride PVC) plastics. A highly toxic by-product ~ [1] -trimethyltin chloride trimethyltin chloriden (TMTT) can be produced during the synthesis process.It has colorless smell of saprophyte, volatile in heat, lipids and water soluble, and can produce toxic reaction through respiratory tract, digestive tract and skin.There are many clinical manifestations such as agitation, epilepsy, diarrhea and hypokalemia after poisoning. Severe patients can appear in coma or even death. PVC plastics are widely used, so TMT poisoning is not only an occupation.
