维生素D与支气管哮喘的相关性研究

【摘要】:维生素D早就被认证为具有调节钙磷代谢,抗佝偻病的作用,是人体必需的营养元素之一。近年来,发现其有抗炎、抗感染、抗分化及组织重建等一系列骨外生物学效应,对机体免疫系统的影响也备受重视,成为当前的研究热点。目前,哮喘发病人数有增无减,呈逐年递增趋势,是威胁人类公共健康最常见的多发的慢性肺部疾病之一。国内外越来越多的学者研究报道,维生素D影响着支气管哮喘的发生发展,两者紧密相关。本文通过学习归纳近期国内外相关文献,更深一步学习了解维生素D的功能,并且概括总结了维生素D在哮喘发生发展的可能机制,为维生素D可能作为辅助用药治疗哮喘提供可靠的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Vitamin D has long been recognized to regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism, anti-rickets, is one of the essential nutrients. In recent years, a series of extraosseous biological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-infection, anti-differentiation and tissue reconstruction, have been found. At present, the incidence of asthma is increasing year by year, which is one of the most common chronic pulmonary diseases threatening human public health. More and more scholars at home and abroad report that vitamin D affects the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma, the two closely related. By studying and summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper further studies the function of vitamin D, and summarizes the possible mechanism of the occurrence and development of vitamin D in asthma. It may provide a reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of asthma with vitamin D as an adjuvant drug.
