【摘要】：正1病历摘要患者男,40岁。面颈部、胸背部、双上肢及手背斑块伴瘙痒4年余。患者4年前无明显诱因鼻翼出现红色斑丘疹伴瘙痒,当时未诊治。随后斑丘疹逐渐增多,波及到面部、胸背部、双上肢及手背,出现双手活动明显受限并伴有疼痛、毛发变稀疏及左眼视物模糊等,曾在西宁多家医院就诊,具体不详,治疗无效果,为求
