β-酪啡肽7对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的肾保护

【摘要】:背景:研究发现β-酪啡肽7有对糖尿病模型大鼠减轻肾小管上皮细胞的氧化及降血糖的作用,但关于β-酪啡肽7对糖尿病肾病作用机制的研究比较少。目的:探讨β-酪啡肽7对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠肾损伤的作用。方法:将30只大鼠随机以n=10等分为对照组、模型组和β-酪啡肽7组。构建糖尿病模型大鼠20只,造模成功后模型组和β-酪啡肽7组模型大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(60 mg/kg),对照组腹腔注射等量柠檬酸液,β-酪啡肽7组模型大鼠给予β-酪啡肽7灌胃30 d,模型组和对照组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。结果与结论:1与对照组相比,模型组大鼠胰岛素水平降低,血糖、尿糖、尿蛋白、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮水平以及肾脏中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的mRNA和蛋白表达水平增加。2与模型组相比,β-酪啡肽7组模型大鼠上述指标明显恢复。表明β-酪啡肽7对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠肾损伤有保护作用。
[Abstract]:Background: it has been found that 尾 -tyrophin 7 can reduce the oxidation and hypoglycemia of renal tubular epithelial cells in diabetic rats, but the mechanism of 尾 -tyroenkephalin 7 on diabetic nephropathy is less studied. Objective: to investigate the effect of 尾 -tyrophin 7 on renal injury in diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods: thirty rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10) and 尾 -tyrophin group (n = 7). Twenty diabetic rats were established. The model group and 尾 -tyroenkephalin group were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin 60 mg / kg, the control group with citric acid solution and 尾 -tyroenkephalin 7 group with 尾 -tyroenkephalin 7 intragastrically for 30 days. The model group and control group were given intraperitoneal administration of 尾 -tyroenkephalin 7 for 30 days. Group A was given the same amount of normal saline intragastric perfusion. Results compared with the control group, the insulin level, blood glucose, urine sugar, urine protein, serum creatinine and serum creatinine were decreased in the model group.
