花生过敏原检测、降敏加工及脱敏治疗研究进展

【摘要】:花生过敏在世界范围内的发病率较高,目前尚无有效治疗方法。本文对花生过敏原检测、降敏加工方法进行综述,同时对尚处于研究阶段的花生过敏治疗方法进行整理,为低致敏花生制品的开发及脱敏方法的有效建立提供参考。
[Abstract]:The incidence of peanut allergy in the world is high, there is no effective treatment. In this paper, the methods of peanut allergen detection and desensitization processing were reviewed, and the methods of peanut allergy treatment were also reviewed in order to provide a reference for the development of low-sensitized peanut products and the effective establishment of desensitization method.
