最大质心压力中心倾角法研究青中老年人静态平衡

【摘要】:目的:应用最大质心压力中心倾角法,精确评估青、中、老年人群的静态平衡功能,比较不同年龄段人群静态平衡能力差异及特征。方法:使用三维运动捕捉系统及测力台,采集15例青年(18~40岁)、10例中年(41~65岁)及12例老年(65岁)健康受试者,在睁眼双足站立、闭眼双足站立,睁眼单足站立及闭眼单足站立4种状态下的质心及压力中心数据,计算其在矢、冠状面上的质心压力中心倾角,以各组平均峰值进行统计分析。结果:在睁眼双足站立及闭眼单、双足站立3种状态下,不同年龄段人群在矢、冠状面的倾角差异均无统计学意义(p0.05);而在睁眼单足站立时,青、中年组与老年组间,倾角在矢、冠状面方向,差异都有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:在单足站立情况下,老年组的质心压力中心倾角显著大于青、中年组,提示人的稳定性65岁以后退步较为显着。应用最大质心压力中心倾角能更精确的量化静态平衡能力,评估不同年龄段人群的静态平衡特征;单足站立下的最大质心压力中心倾角可以敏感地检测出老年人群的平衡功能衰退,有望为临床静态平衡提供一种新的静态平衡评估指标。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the static balance function of the young, middle and aged population accurately by using the maximum centroid pressure center inclination method, and to compare the differences and characteristics of the static balance ability among different age groups. Methods: using a three-dimensional motion capture system and a force measuring table, 15 young people aged 1840 years old and 10 young adults aged 41 to 65 years old and 12 healthy subjects aged 65 years old were collected to stand with eyes open on both feet and with closed eyes on both feet. The centroid of mass and pressure center data of standing on one foot with open eyes and standing on one foot with eyes closed were calculated and the inclination of the center of mass pressure center on sagittal and coronal plane was calculated and the statistical analysis was carried out on the average peak value of each group. Results: there was no significant difference in the tilt angle of sagittal and coronal plane in different age groups under the condition of standing with eyes and eyes closed and standing on both feet, but when standing on one foot with open eyes, the inclination angle was sagittal in the young, middle age group and the old group, and the angle of inclination was in the sagittal angle between the young group and the middle age group. In the coronal plane, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: under the condition of standing on one foot the inclination of centroid pressure center in the elderly group is significantly higher than that in the young and middle age group which suggests that the stability of the elderly is more obvious after 65 years of age. The static equilibrium characteristics of different age groups can be evaluated by using the maximum centroid pressure center inclination angle to quantify the static balance ability more accurately. The maximum centroid pressure center inclination under standing on one foot can sensitively detect the decline of balance function in the elderly population, which is expected to provide a new static balance evaluation index for clinical static balance.
