高血压合并糖尿病患者脑出血后迟发性脑水肿与血清MMP-9水平的关系

【摘要】：目的观察高血压合并糖尿病患者脑出血后迟发性脑水肿与血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的关系。方法 115例高血压合并糖尿病脑出血患者,根据患者有无发生迟发性脑水肿分为脑水肿组和无脑水肿组。采用酶联免疫吸附法于入院时测定所有患者血清MMP-9,采用多田式公式计算脑水肿体积,采用Pearson相关分析、多重线性回归分析分析血清MMP-9水平与迟发性脑水肿患者水肿体积的关系。结果脑水肿组、无脑水肿组血清MMP-9水平分别为(139.6±20.3)、(119.8±20.4)μg/L,两组比较P0.05。Pearson相关分析显示,血清MMP-9水平与迟发性脑水肿患者水肿体积呈正相关(r=0.46,P0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,血清MMP-9水平与迟发性脑水肿患者水肿体积仍呈正相关(β=0.19,t=2.13,P0.05)。结论高血压合并糖尿病脑出血后发生迟发性脑水肿患者血清MMP-9水平升高,患者血清MMP-9水平越高水肿体积越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and delayed cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods 115 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into brain edema group and anencephalic edema group according to the occurrence of delayed cerebral edema. Serum MMP-9 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The volume of brain edema was calculated by multi-field formula. The relationship between serum MMP-9 level and edema volume in patients with delayed cerebral edema was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results the serum MMP-9 levels in cerebral edema group and non-brain edema group were 139.6 卤20.3 卤20.4 渭 g / L, respectively. Compared with P0.05.Pearson correlation analysis, the serum MMP-9 level was positively correlated with edema volume of delayed cerebral edema patients (P 0.05), and multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum MMP-9 level was positively correlated with edema volume in patients with delayed cerebral edema. There was still a positive correlation between serum MMP-9 level and edema volume in patients with delayed cerebral edema. Conclusion the level of serum MMP-9 in patients with delayed cerebral edema after hypertension complicated with diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage is increased. The higher the level of serum MMP-9 is, the larger the volume of edema is.
