普罗布考对2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨普罗布考对2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法将228例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组114例采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组114例采用阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组血脂(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、颈动脉超声(颈动脉内膜中层厚度、内膜斑块面积、易损斑块检出率)降低(P0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、踝肱指数(左胫后动脉、右胫后动脉、左足背动脉、右足背动脉)增加(P0.05)。观察组血脂(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、颈动脉超声(颈动脉内膜中层厚度、内膜斑块面积、易损斑块检出率)低于对照组(P0.05),HDL-C、踝肱指数(左胫后动脉、右胫后动脉、左足背动脉、右足背动脉)高于对照组(P0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论普罗布考可提高2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数,降低血脂水平,减轻颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,安全性较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Probucol on ankle brachial index (malleolus index) and carotid atherosclerotic plaque (carotid plaque) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 228 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 114) treated with Atto vastatin and the observation group (n = 114) treated with Atto vastatin combined with probucol. Results after treatment, two groups of blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol), carotid artery ultrasound (carotid intima-media thickness, intimal plaque area, The detection rate of vulnerable plaques decreased P0.05A, HDL-CU, malleolus brachial index (left posterior tibial artery, right posterior tibial artery, left dorsal foot artery, right dorsal foot artery) increased P 0.05. The blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol), carotid ultrasound (carotid intima-media thickness, intimal plaque area, vulnerable plaque detection rate) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05) HDL-C, ankle brachial index (left posterior tibial artery). The right posterior tibial artery, left dorsal foot artery and right dorsal foot artery were higher than those of the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Probucol can increase ankle brachial index, decrease blood lipid level and reduce carotid atherosclerotic plaque in type 2 diabetic patients.
