不同健身舞蹈对中老年公职女性体成分、骨密度的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨广场舞、民族舞、交谊舞3种不同健身舞蹈对中老年公职女性体成分、骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法将参与广场舞(31人)、民族舞(33人)、交谊舞(28人)锻炼的中老年公职女性与未参与锻炼的中老年公职女性(30人)进行对比。采用每周5~6次,每次60~90 min,运动强度为最大心率60%~70%,共计6个月的锻炼,并分别测试锻炼前和锻炼后1、3、6个月后体成分和BMD。结果(1)体成分指标:采用各部位超声传播速度(SOS)值作为BMD的评价指标,3种不同健身舞蹈组体重、体重指数(BMI)、体脂率、瘦体重变化明显,其中体重、体脂率在3、6个月后与对照组相比差异显著(P0.05);BMI、瘦体重在6个月后与对照组相比差异显著(P0.05);3种不同健身舞蹈组间体成分各项指标同时期无显著差异(P0.05);(2)BMD指标:采用各部位SOS值作为BMD评价指标。3种不同健身舞蹈组桡骨、胫骨SOS值逐渐增加,6个月后与对照组相比差异非常显著(P0.01),且3种不同健身舞蹈组间SOS值同时期、不同部位无显著差异(P0.05)。结论广场舞、民族舞、交谊舞3种不同健身舞蹈对中老年公职女性体成分、BMD的影响效果无显著差异,均具有积极效果,锻炼可任选其一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of square dance, folk dance and social dance on the body composition and bone mineral density (BMD) of middle-aged and elderly women in public office. Methods A comparison was made between the middle-aged and old public servant women who took part in the square dance (31), the national dance (33) and the social dance (28). The body composition and BMDs were measured before and after exercise for 6 months, 6 times a week for 60 minutes and 90 minutes each time. The exercise intensity was the maximum heart rate of 60 minutes and 70 parts per week for a total of 6 months, and the body composition and BMDs were measured before and after exercise respectively. Results 1) body composition index: using the value of ultrasonic propagation velocity (SOS) of different parts as the evaluation index of BMD, the body mass index (BMI), body fat rate and lean body weight were significantly changed, among them, the body weight, the body mass index, the body fat rate and the lean body weight. The body fat rate was significantly different from that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months later compared with the control group, and the lean body weight was significantly different from that of the control group after 6 months. There was no significant difference in body composition indexes among the three different dance groups at the same time. Position SOS value was used as BMD evaluation index. 3 kinds of different kinds of fitness dance group radius, The SOS value of tibia increased gradually, and the difference was very significant after 6 months compared with that of the control group, and the SOS value of three kinds of different fitness dance groups had no significant difference at the same time, and there was no significant difference in different parts of tibia. Conclusion there is no significant difference in the effect of square dance, national dance and social dance on the body composition of middle-aged and elderly women, but all of them have positive effects. Exercise can be chosen as one of them.
