发酵乳酸菌对高脂血症大鼠生殖器官形态结构的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究发酵乳酸菌对高脂血症大鼠生殖器官形态结构的影响。方法:将SD大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为空白组、高脂组、预防1组、预防2组、预防3组。高脂组为310只大鼠,其余组均为64只大鼠。空白组给予普通饲料,高脂组和预防1、2、3组给予高脂饲料,预防1、2、3组同时灌胃发酵乳酸菌。两周后,各组挑选16只大鼠,禁食12h,采血并处死。测得高脂组血清HDL-C明显降低,与空白组比较差异显著(p0.05); CHO、LDL-C明显升高,与空白组比较差异极显著(p0.01),说明造模成功。造模成功后将高脂组的大鼠随机分为高脂组、药物组、普食组、和治疗1、2、3组。空白组和普食组给予基础饲料,其他组均给高脂饲料,同时治疗1组灌胃发酵乳酸菌(菌种1),治疗2组灌胃发酵乳酸菌(菌种2),治疗3组灌胃菌种1和2的等量混合菌,药物组灌喂降脂药物辛伐他丁。一个周期为30d,共3个周期。每周期各组随机取16只大鼠(雌雄各半)处死,观察各组大鼠子宫、卵巢、睾丸和附睾的组织变化及测定相关指标。结果:本实验成功建立了SD大鼠高脂血症模型。高脂组子宫内膜持续增厚,卵巢初级卵泡、次级卵泡、成熟卵泡和黄体明显减少。普食组、预防1组、药物组大鼠子宫内膜增厚速度比高脂组缓慢。普食组、预防1组、治疗1组、药物组大鼠卵巢初级卵泡、次级卵泡、成熟卵泡和黄体减少,但与空白组比较,无显著差异。空白组睾丸和附睾组织结构正常。其他实验组睾丸组织结构稍疏松,细胞数量减小,并无其它明显的形态学改变;附睾管内有精子团,管内精子较空白组少,未见其它明显形态学改变。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of fermented lactic acid bacteria on the morphological structure of reproductive organs in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, hyperlipidemia group, prophylaxis group and prophylaxis group. There were 310 rats in hyperlipidemia group and 64 rats in other groups. The blank group was given common diet, the high fat group and the prevention 1 fen 2N 3 group were given high fat diet, and the control group was given intragastric administration of fermented lactic acid bacteria (lactic acid bacteria) at the same time. Two weeks later, 16 rats in each group were selected, fasting for 12 hours, blood collection and death. The results showed that the serum HDL-C of the high fat group was significantly lower than that of the blank group, the difference was significant (p 0.05), and the LDL-C of Cho was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was extremely significant compared with the blank group, which indicated that the model was successful. The rats in hyperlipidemia group were randomly divided into three groups: hyperlipidemia group, drug group, general diet group and treatment group. The blank group and the general diet group were given basic diet, while the other groups were given high fat diet, while group 1 was treated with fermented lactic acid bacteria (strain 1), group 2 with fermented lactic acid bacteria (strain 2) and group 3 with the same amount of mixed bacteria of strain 1 and 2. The drug group was fed with simvastatin. A period of 30 days, a total of 3 cycles. Sixteen rats (half male and half female) were randomly selected for each cycle. The changes of uterus, ovary, testis and epididymis were observed and the relative indexes were measured. Results: the model of hyperlipidemia in SD rats was established successfully. In hyperlipidemia group, endometrial thickening, primary follicle, secondary follicle, mature follicle and corpus luteum decreased significantly. The thickening rate of endometrium in the drug group was slower than that in the hyperlipidemia group. The primary follicles, secondary follicles, mature follicles and corpus luteum of rats in common diet group, prevention group, treatment group and drug group were decreased, but there was no significant difference compared with the blank group. The structure of testis and epididymis in blank group was normal. In other experimental groups, the structure of testis was a little loose, the number of cells decreased, and there were no other obvious morphological changes in the epididymal tubules, there were spermatozoa in the epididymal ducts, and there were fewer sperm in the tubules than in the blank group.
